Questions people ask
How does the free trial work?
You add a card when you start, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then from the Billing page and you won't pay anything. Each organisation gets one free trial.
What counts as a member, and what's a guest?
Members are the people in your organisation who use your boards day to day. Guests are people from outside, such as clients, invited to a single board for as long as you choose. Someone invited to several of your boards counts as one guest.
What's an active board?
Any board that isn't closed. When you're finished with a board, close it: it stays viewable and doesn't count towards the limit. Team and Corporate have no board limit at all.
What happens if we reach a limit?
Nothing is taken away or switched off. You just can't add more until you remove something or move to a bigger plan, and the page tells you which.
Can we change plans or cancel?
Yes, any time, from the Billing page. If you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Checkout charges customers in Canada in Canadian dollars and everyone else in US dollars, based on where you are. You'll see the exact amount, with tax, before you confirm.
